This committee will deal
with operation and maintenance issues.
Topics and Issues
The committee is working to develop and distribute
information on competitive management issues which allows for more
cost-effective operations and maintenance of POTW's including the following
activities:
- Operator Certification Program Requirements;
- Criminal/Civil Liability concerns for Chief Plant Operators,
Supervisors & Operators;
- Develop reporting procedures for narrative permit requirements and
templates for electronic data reporting and NOVs;
- Develop a database of small facility maintenance practices;
