About HydroScience Engineers
HydroScience Engineers, Inc. (HSe) is a civil and environmental engineering firm specializing in the planning, design, construction management and operation of water, wastewater and recycled water projects. We focus our services on the water-related needs of California. To provide our clients with personalized and local service, we maintain offices in Napa, Sacramento, and Stockton. Each office is staffed with an experienced team of licensed engineers and full technical support.

HSe prides itself on its attention to detail while keeping an eye on the big picture. We recognize that each project has its own unique and sometimes complex challenges. Consideration of public perceptions and political sensitivities are often as much a part of defining project success as completion of the technical tasks. We address such challenges by combining an evaluation of new technologies, conventional applications and previous project solutions and asking, “What if?” We have a strong focus on our projects and our clients, and we provide the personnel and technical resources that our engineers need to deliver projects that exceed our Client's expectations.
