SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

HydroScience Engineers, Inc. (HSe) is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PM) to work in our Sacramento office.  The Senior PM will be responsible for leading predesign and design efforts involving multi-disciplinary teams.  Project work for the Senior PM will include the planning and design of water, wastewater, and recycled water facilities, drafting of technical documents, and the support of regulatory compliance activities on behalf of our clients.  The Senior PM will also assume a significant role in Business Development (BD) activities, and will ideally have significant prior experience in this area.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

·         P.E. certification in California 

·         B.S. and/or M.S. in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field

·         15 to 20 years of related post-graduate engineering experience.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

·         Technical expertise in wastewater treatment facilities.  Experience with membrane treatment technology is a plus

·         Strong relationships with local municipal wastewater clients and the ability to secure new business opportunities

·         Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of a major BD effort (proposal and interview)

·         Strong project management skills
